El mío es un caso grave de psicología inversa y/o baguitis aguda. Cada vez que pienso en hacer dieta yo ceo que engordo o si no nisiquiera llego a empezarla. Supongo que será por el "no puedes", pues ahora quiero doble!<br />
<br />
El caso es que ya es hora de poner remedio a esos quilitos de más que llevan tiempo rondándome por la cabeza pero hasta ahora no eran algo importante porque me mantenía en un IMC NORMAL.<br />
El día fatídico llegó hace como unos 4 días cuando feliz de mí navegaba por internet y vi un precioso banner de "calcula tu IMC", pensé, vamos a ver como andamos, introduzco mis datos y TACHANNN -IMC NORMAL- Pensé ¿y si pesara más? y empecé a aumentar mi peso quitando y poniendo kilos para darme cuenta de la revelación final: con sólo UN KILO MÁS tendría sobrepeso!!<br />
<br />
Así que heme aquí, después de investigar y prepararme para esta dieta como si fuera a irme avietnam, aprovisionarme de las viandas necesarias y prepararem surtido de almuerzos, meriendas, recetas y demases.<br />
<br />
He pensado que tal vez escribir mis vivencias y poder expresarlas en momentos de crisiis me podría ayudar, así como tener un registro de como (espero) voy bajando de peso.<br />
<br />
Mi meta son los 10Kilos, hace muchos muchos años que no peso tan poco pero ya que estamos vamos a lo grande digo yo.<br />

Precalienta el horno a 190º</span><br />

En otro bol el harina, y la levadura y batimos con la minipimer hasta que quede como harina, en polvo.<br />4. añadimos el harina con levadura al bol con los huevos y la chehe, añadimos la rayadura del limón, la vahinilla, el coñac y el requesón un poco escurrido.</span><br />
